The FlashCut CNC Pro-Series Servo Control System, featuring FlashCut CNC Software and integrated USB Signal Generator, drives any machine tool with power, smoothness and precision. State-of-the-art, closed-loop digital PID control provides accurate positioning even under the most strenuous conditions. Whether you have a miniature tabletop mill or lathe, Bridgeport mill, full sized router or any sized cutting tool, our servo drive systems have the right power to suit your needs. Our servo systems also work great for general automation tasks.

Each Pro-Series Servo Controller comes in a sturdy aluminum chassis with an integrated USB Signal Generator, 12 or 20 amp digital servo drives and a universal 110-240VAC power supply. All controllers include the acclaimed FlashCut CNC Windows Software giving you the ultimate in ease of use, power and flexibility.  Our software works seamlessly with 32 bit or 64 bit versions of Windows XP, Vista or 7.  We support everything we sell via phone, e-mail and user forum.

Motors

FlashCut also offers a wide range of servo motors to suit your needs including NEMA frame sizes 17, 23, 34, 42 and 56. All of our motors come with shielded power and signal connectors and optional cables up to 75 ft (23 m) ready to plug directly into our servo controllers. We also have sealed and explosion proof motors for special applications. The FlashCut CNC Servo Control System also works with most existing brush-type or brushless servo motors using linear or rotary encoders.
