NEMA frame sizes 23, 34 and 42. Our motors come cabled and
shielded, ready to plug directly into the FlashCut Servo
Control Box. Other sizes are available.

Servo
Motor Cabling
Our
servo motors connect to the FlashCut CNC Servo Box via a
pair of connectors as shown below. These connectors are
a DB15 Female and a 3 contact high amperage audio cable
(Nuetrik NC3FX or Deltron 708-0300). The motors can be either
brush or brushless and the encoder signals can be either
differential or single ended. The cabling for both brush
and brushless motors with differential encoders are shown
below. Drawings for other configurations are available in
our Servo System Setup Manual.
