Description
There are several accessories available for the FlashCut
CNC tabletop and benchtop mills and lathes. These options
expand the capabilities of your system to better serve your
particular application. Additional accessories are available
for all of the mills and lathes that we sell.
Control
Pendant
This 38-function pendant allows you to control your machine
from where ever you need to be. It is specially programmed
to take advantage of commonly used functions in FlashCut
Version 2.0 such as Jogging, Point Moves, Setting Zero,
Controlling Your Program, Homing and Turning on and off
your Spindle. It connects to your PC using a 10' USB
cable.
Threading,
Spindle Speed & I/O Expansion Board
Expansion card with an additional 8 inputs and 8 outputs,
a 0-10V analog signal for spindle speed control and an encoder
input for spindle speed monitoring and threading applications.
Easily fits into existing signal generator. Additional
headers may be needed for earlier model signal generators.

Limit
/ Home Switch Kits
Our Limit Home Switch kit has two purposes. The first
is that it prevents each axis from moving beyond the limits
of travel and doing any damage to the machine. The second
is that it allows your machine to seek a repeatable home position
to set Machine Zero. Once you have established a Home position,
you can easily re-find your position if there is ever any
problem such as a broken tool or a power loss.

Axis Drives and Rotary Tables
FlashCut's Software and Signal Generator come standard with
the ability to drive both linear and rotary 4th axes for indexing
and contouring. Our 4th axis rotary table comes complete with
motors and drivers to get you up and running quickly. We also
sell motors and drives separately for driving any other 4th
axis device.

Our
Spindle On/Off Relay Box contains two solid-state
relays for turning two devices on and off automatically
through the FlashCut software. It runs on either 120
VAC or 220 VAC and can drive up to 6 Amps per channel.
It connects directly to the output line connector
of the signal generator.
Our
single channel 20 Amp boxes are made for turning on
and off larger motors.
We
also have relay boxes that contain a contact relay
for switching on and off a multitude of different
devices.
Any
combination of our relay boxes can be connected to
one signal generator to control up to 8 devices. |
BenchTop
Mill Accessory Kit
We
have assembled a kit of some of the most commonly used accessories
for the 9000 series BenchTop Mills including basic fixturing
hardware and tooling to get you cutting parts immediately.
All the blocks, bolts, nuts, and hold-downs are case hardened.
Each clamping kit includes: Metal rack, 24 studs, 6 step block
pairs, 6 T-nuts, 6 flange nuts, 4 coupling nuts and 6 end
hold-downs. Complete 12 piece Collet set includes: increments
plus 7/8". The swivel milling vice features 360 Degrees rotation
with fine gradations, drop forged handle, precision ground
jaw faces, enclosed acme screw and detachable swivel base.
The opening is 3-3/8".
